Hi CBDB I had to do this one outside again as I don't have a suitable anchor inside. The area around the washing line pole that I use was completed flooded by the recent rain, so I improvised some steps using small palettes to raise the surface.💦 There's lots of ingenuity being shown by everyone to get these challenges finished!👍

I could do this one 🥳 I hooked the hard TheraBand around a door handle - and, voila, no tree needed... I did two sets as I decided I wasn't going to do it like the guy in the video and switch the leg in front... (Anybody else think he was going to fall over 🤣?)
